 While updating my website. I came across some jobs I did with Manuela Lazic.

 

Sight go see

Prior to leaving photographer extraordinaire Sebastian Sabal Bruce (Mr. Bruce as I like to call him) asked me if I could help him with some go sees from sight. Turns out that I had shot these girls before with Luciano Insua in that AMAZING house.

I think that I should clarify what a go see (or go and see) is. It is exactly that, you go and see the client. Photographers tend to take advantage when the agencies send them go sees and take some pictures for their books. So it has kinda of turned into a very basic small mini test.

Anyways, this is what happened with sight and here are the results from said go see. Keep in mind there is no styling and preptime is reduced to half an hour for hair and makeup.

Update + Asa her billboard

I really haven´t had time to write this last week. Moving to another country (even if it´s only for a couple of months) takes some planning and with an overbooked schedule (I swear I had 2 to 3 bookings a day), it becomes almost impossible. Somehow I managed and have safely arrived at my destination.

Today I went to Antwerp and bumped into a billboard with my dear friend Asa on it. I already posted this on facebook but I am so thrilled to see her after 5 months, even if it´s not in person, that I can´t stop putting it up everywhere.

I will try and post stuff from my shoots prior to leaving Barcelona as soon as humanly possible.

I was not involved in any shape or form with this job. I only took a snapshot of it;

The joys of location shooting

The wonderful thing about my job is that every day brings something differant. Today I had the opportunity to shoot with Luciano Insua in this fabulous house just outside of Barcelona. I think the pictures of the house speak for themselves.

We shot the editorial with 2 models from sight model management (Nikolett and Aleksandra)

Ania Porzuczek

Today I worked with Ania Porzuczek and this girl just has the most amazing skin and eyes.

My new obsession

Initially I wasn´t really planning on writing about any products I use but after trying the illusion d´ombre from chanel recently I just have to write about this product.

When I first tried it, it really didn´t knock my socks off but after trying out several shades the last couple of shoots, I have to say it has majorly rocked my world.

It´s has a mousse-gel like texture but without being either. I think the best way to describe it is velvet metal and that it just how it looks once it is applied. I usually start out with a thin layer applied with my finger and then build up using a small eyeshadowbrush.

There are six shades available and I suggest getting them all, but then again I am a beauty addict.

Coming soon Andi Muise

Not so long ago I got to shoot with gorgeous model Andi Muise. I found out through some of my friends that she was a major model (one of them kept telling me "she has a wikipedia page"). Looking back at it I personally think it was better because I would have been way to intimidated and probably wouldn´t have had such a blast with her. I leave you with a making off shot of the shoot but will post the real pictures once they are out and Andi, if you read this post I just want to let you know that I have been Andified.

Shooting Elena

After moving around for a couple of days. I have finally started working again and started a very busy week of work shooting gorgeous model Elena Sartison with truly amazing styling provided by Ivona Yvon.
